*Pricing Base price: $475 + GST (includes up to 12 kids) Additional guests: $15 per child + GST Potion Parties ✨ Bring the magic straight to your party or event! Our Potion Parties are a unique, hands-on experience where kids will be measuring secret ingredients, watching colours swirl and fizz, and proudly bottling their own magic potion to take home. What's Included: ✔ Complete kids' table ✔ Themed potion party setup ✔ Individual cauldrons, materials & magical ingredients ✔ 60 minutes of guided potion play led by our team ✔ Full setup and pack-up service * 1.5 hour set up * 1 hour Potion Play * 30 min pack down Payment A $200 deposit is due at the time of booking and final payment is due prior to your event date (an invoice will be sent through email with the remaining amount prior to the due date payment) Please note: a travel fee may apply depending on your event location. This will be confirmed at the time of booking. Ready to book? We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance, popular dates fill up fast.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit secures your reservation and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due during the week of your event and must be paid prior to the event date. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
