Deposit & Payment Policy
A 25% deposit secures your reservation and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due during the week of your event and must be paid prior to the event date.

Messy Sesnory Party Booking Policy

Our sensory experiences are designed to be fun and engaging for young children. As activities may involve tactile materials, we recommend supervision for younger participants.
If your child has any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate where possible.

Slime Party Booking Policy

Please note that slime consistency can vary depending on environmental factors such as temperature and humidity, which are outside of our control.

Potion Party Booking Policy
​
Potion-making involves a mix of safe, child-friendly ingredients designed for fun and visual effect. Adult supervision may be required for younger children to assist with measurements and steps. Colours, reactions, and outcomes may vary slightly between participants.
Craft Party Booking Policy
​
Due to the nature of our parties, planning ahead is essential. We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to allow time for sourcing, preparing and testing materials to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.

We offer customised craft experiences; however, all custom themes, activities and materials must be approved and tested by us prior to your event. This ensures activities are safe, age-appropriate, and achievable within the party timeframe.

If you wish to supply your own materials, these must be submitted for approval in advance. Please note that The Messy Club cannot guarantee the outcome of externally sourced or untested materials and is not responsible for any issues that may arise from their use.

Depending on the age group and activity, some level of adult assistance may be required during the party to help everything run smoothly.

Supervision & Responsibility
While our team facilitates and guides all activities, adult supervision is required throughout the event. This helps ensure children are supported where needed and allows the party to run smoothly and safely.
Final Numbers & Changes
Final guest numbers must be confirmed 14 days before your event, allowing us to prepare supplies and organise staffing. After this date, your booking total will remain based on your confirmed numbers, with a 50% refund of the per-person cost for each guest who cancels, helping cover preparation and supply costs. Additional guests can be accommodated where possible, subject to availability, supplies and staffing.
Travel Fee's
Bookings located more than 35 minutes away will incur a travel fee.
